I have been so busy getting classes off the ground this last week my blog has been quietly waiting. Today I ran across this wonderful Smithsonian Site thanks to the Splendid Table author Lynn Rosetto Casper who sends me a nice recipe every week. Did you know that the all the French Chef shows were taped in Julia's home kitchen in Cambridge MA? They have dismantled the kitchen and put it back together at the Natural Museum of American History. BUT, you can see it all and read about every piece here in Julia Child's Kitchen
